Notification for 2011 Christmas shipping
Two main methods of delivery available on our website:

• Standard Shipping: via Hong Kong Post
• Express Delivery: via EMS, DHL, UPS or FedEx
If you wish to receive your order in time for Christmas
For Standard Shipping: You should be aware of the final date set by the Post of Hong Kong, the company that manages the shipping and delivery.
To check the deadline for your country, please open this page and know the exact deadline.

Recommended time to buy: before November 30

For Express Delivery: Although delivery companies promise delivery of 3 to 5 working days, it tends to be a little longer during the Christmas period.

Recommended time to buy: before December 15
This is only an estimate and we can not guarantee that this command will ensure receipt before Christmas.

Our involvement in the shipment:
When your order is confirmed, R4DS-DS.COM-ship your order the same day or the next business (depending on time of day you placed the order).

Once we send your package to the delivery company, there is unfortunately nothing we can do to speed up the process. Postal delays are completely independent of us. The only thing we can recommend placing your order early enough to be sure to get them in time! We are sorry to inform you that the claim because they "did not arrive in time for Christmas" will not prodeded.
