  1. Can you tell me how to Return the R4 To you?
    • Login into r4ds-ds with your Register Email and Password.
    • Click "Completed Orders" to select the order that contain the products you want to return
    • Finished the " RMA requests " Form.

  2. The Solution of Flash Card Can't Work!
    1. Please check if the golden pin is in good condition and clean, if not clean it to let it shine.
    2. Pull your Micro SD card/TF card out to check if your NDS can find any card. Showing "no card?" or "no menu?", you can learn that nothing wrong with your flashcard. You can check if your Micro SD card/TF card is defective. We recommend you use Kingston and Sandisk TF cards.
    3. Format your TF card first then download the system files or we call it kernel drag to Micro SD card/TF card.
    4. Check your flash cards' region version to choose the right language kernel.
    5. Extract the file to somewhere on your computer.
    6. After extraction, two folders (_system_, moonshl) and two files (_DS_MENU.DAT, _DS_MSHL.nds) are extracted. Please double check!
    7. Copy the above folders and files (drag and drop) to your TF card (Before doing this, please plug the card reader with memory card to you computer, then you will see a drive on my computer).
    8. Insert the TF card back to the cartridge.
    9. Insert the R4 into your NDS Lite.
    10. Turn on your DS then enjoy it.

    • Click "View Order Status ", If the order is marked as Shipped , then the order have shipped
    • If the order up USD 50.00, Then the tracking number will show under the order status (Free shipping)
    • No Tracking number for order under 50.00 (Free shipping)
    • We usually will send you a Email when Status changed, you can check your Emails

  6. What is the status of my order?
    • Your order status will be available 24 hours after your order has been placed, by simply clicking on the "My Account" link at the top right corner of every page of our site. From there, you will be able to view information about your order.

  7. How long will it be before I receive my order?
