1. Return and full refund
You may return any defective item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.
Customer need to send the products back to us, when we receive the products, we will refund full money to your PayPal.

You may return non-defective items within 7 days of purchase. (Less shipping charges and 5% restocking fee) If you took advantage of a "free" shipping offer you will be charged $7.95 (minimum) or actual shipping + 5% restocking fee for non defective returns.

Non-defective items returned up to 7 days will be charged a 5% restocking fee.

Non-defective items returned after 7 days and up to 30 days will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

2. Replace
Products with quality problem in 30 days of delivery can be returned for replaced.
Customer need to send the products back to us, when we receive the products, we will replace new ones and ship back.
We will pay shipping fees for the replaced products we ship to the customer.
